When it comes to making progress within yourself and increasing your mental capacity, having a growth mindset is essential. The only true limit of one's abilities when you stop striving to achieve with what's given to you and what you created over time by yourself. Those who struggle with self esteem would feel that if their intelligence was locked to a certain level, it explains why they cannot achieve what they are searching for in life because they would rather assume they are beneath their peers and gain the necessary knowledge to make their dreams a reality.
